Emiliano Galigani

Born in 1973, he studied film studies and production at Bologna's DAMS. In 2001, he started Metropolis - a production company. He wrote and directed theater plays, musicals and movies, including Faber Circus (2003), The strange case of Mr. D (2005), Welcome To The Machine (2005/2010), as well as the Jesus Christ Superstar Italian tour. In 2010 he directed his first short movie, The seventh AD and a web series titled Armchairs, on Italian politics. In 2012 he directed and produced the show The Wall Live Orchestra, and its spin-off Pink Floyd History with tours in Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovenia. In 2013 he directed his first feature film, The Imago, which won the “Best Production” prize at the Manchester Film Festival. His short The Little Things has been selected to over 10 festivals and has won “Best Movie” and “Best Cinematography” prizes. In 2019 he produced the feature documentary Paperman, directed by Domenico Zazzara. Today he’s the director of the Tuscany Film Academy.

Born in Benevento in 1991, she began her studies in Tourism Management. She graduated in 2013 in Tourism Sciences and started to acquire skills in European planning. After graduation she began the collaboration with Metropolis with the role of financial and creative planning, coordination of human resources and projects. She was the production manager of The Imago, which won the Best Production Award in MIFF 2015. In 2014 she became the head of the Lucca Biennale Cartasia, the biggest paper art festival in the world. Since 2016 she has been producing the shorts created by the Tuscany Film Academy students. In 2017 she was the production manager of The Little Things, which won the "Best Cinematography" award at Festival Corti d'amore and "Best Direction" at Via dei Corti. In 2018 she produced the documentary Paperman which obtained a Special mention at Visioni dal Mondo Festival in 2020. In 2019 she started the production company 9 Muse Srl.
